The weather is starting to warm up and already my neighbours have their BBQ's fired up. Why is it that grill marks always make food look more delicious?It's grilling season and I am so ready to join the fun!

    Keep in mind that you can just throw vegetables into the ember, wait a while and then just eat up the vegan goodness. Onions are particularly good, throw them in unpeeled, the time to cook them depends on the size of the onions. They actually become sweet when cooked just right. The same goes for any and all root vegetables, but they typically take longer to cook.

    Definitely worth trying at least!
