I can smell it in the air... charcoal.
The weather is starting to warm up and already my neighbours have their BBQ's fired up. Why is it that grill marks always make food look more delicious? It's grilling season and I am so ready to join the fun!
There's always thestore-bought veggie burgers, veggie dogs, veggie sausages, and all things deliciously mock-meat, making BBQ season super easy. I always think it's more fun (and probably a little healthier) to make your own recipes that can be grilled up to BBQ perfection.
So I've collected 25 of the best vegan recipes for the grill. They are creative, colourful, drool-worthy, and totally scrumptious. From breakfast to dessert and everything in between. You might want to bookmark this one, or forward it to whomever is the BBQ pro in your family, because it's grilling season. Woot woot!

Keep in mind that you can just throw vegetables into the ember, wait a while and then just eat up the vegan goodness. Onions are particularly good, throw them in unpeeled, the time to cook them depends on the size of the onions. They actually become sweet when cooked just right. The same goes for any and all root vegetables, but they typically take longer to cook.
Definitely worth trying at least!
