Cleo Corraine from the 90 Day Fiancé franchise is experiencing a lot of pain after undergoing her first gender-affirming surgery in the United States. Cleo made her debut in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 6 with her American boyfriend, Christian Allgood. Despite appearing to be in love, Cleo and Christian were unable to resolve their differences due to personality conflicts. Cleo, a transgender woman with autism, has since focused on her medical transition after ending her relationship with Christian in February 2024.

Just before the surgery, Cleo shared a video from her hospital bed with her friend Amy, thanking people who donated because she is now able to start her medical transition process.

Cleo added that it isn't a "vanity procedure" but a "life-saving" one because it reverses her puberty. After the procedure, Cleo's friend Amy provided an update, saying, "Her pain levels are pretty high right now, so I'm doing my best to keep her comfortable."

She said the surgery helps reverse the "effects of testosterone on your bone structure (Adam's apple, brow bone, hair loss, etc)."

In the past, some 90 Day Fiancé cast members have created fundraisers for personal needs, but some have misused the platform and exploited their supporters. When Cleo started a fundraiser for her gender-affirming surgery, she faced criticism. She was accused of sharing her story on TV with the intention of later taking advantage of her fame. However, despite the backlash, Cleo received many donations to support her medical journey. Thankfully, Cleo used the funds for the intended purpose, and fans weren't exploited.

Now that Cleo is in the United States, it's worth considering whether she would like to rekindle her romance with Christian, who lives in Minnesota.
