Not familiar with the brand -- are these decent cables (meaning they'll hold up well?) or just a good deal because of the low price + multiple quantity? Looking to get a few to charge my phone in the car and on the go, but I've had so many other cheap cables work for a couple weeks and just stop

Yes Ugreen is a good brand, it's following the Anker way and it's probably gonna eventually be priced the same as them. I use a lot of Ugreen stuff (networking cables and power cables).

I buy UGreen as well. Same quality as Anker I'd say. Sale is meh so I'd wait unless you need it soon. Buy all your cables around black friday.
