Omar Guerrero was arrested Saturday evening in or near Reynosa in the Mexican border state of Tamaulipas, Mission Police Chief Leo Longoria said. He is expected to be arraigned Mon day afternoon. "This was coming," Longoria said.
"We have received information previously that he was in our area of reach, and we've been patient." Guerrero has been missing since Dec. 6 when Mission police issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager.
